Please read these terms carefully before using Arii Music. By adding the bot to your server, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
By inviting the Arii Music bot ("Service") to your Discord server, or by using its features, you ("User") agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.
Permission is granted to use Arii Music within the Discord platform. However, you explicitly agree not to:
Intentionally abusing glitches or bugs for personal gain or to crash the service.
Spamming commands or automating interactions in a way that degrades performance for others.
Selling access to Arii Music features ("Premium") without being an authorized reseller.
In no event shall Arii Music or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to Discord API outages.
We reserve the right to blacklist any User or Server from the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
